Tim Raue's restaurant in Berlin cooks with strong Asian influences. Raue loves Japanese product perfection combined with Thai flavors and Chinese culinary philosophy. Only dishes that provide energy and joie de vivre and do not burden the body are served. As a result, no side dishes such as bread, noodles or rice are served.
