Conclusion: Man merkt, das der Stern und die 17 Punkte logische Entwicklung der langjährigen Tätigkeit an der Seite von Hans Peter Lump sind (ähnlich wie bei Thomas Schanz und Thieltges), der Service durch die Ehefrau ( die stellvertretenden Restaurantleiterin im selben Haus war) kompetent, freundlich und motiviert geführt wird.
