Precious mushrooms cannot be cultivated, which is why they are rare and expensive. Porcini mushrooms belong to the premier class. Roland Gorgosilich cooks a sophisticated 5-course menu with porcini mushrooms and other noble mushrooms such as chanterelles. Head sommelier Florian Richter, "Best German Sommelier", has selected the perfect accompaniment with the white grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Chenin Blanc as well as the red Pinot Noir and Sangiovese grapes.
