After the USA edition comes the Hamburg edition. Tim Mälzer invites Edi Frauneder to his home town of Hamburg to continue the culinary showdown. However, the motto of this edition is: "Mälzer's city - Mälzer's rules". For the first time in "Kitchen Impossible" history, the points from the first two challenges will be counted directly - which will put one of the competitors in a bad mood.

Edi Frauneder in Hamburg: Unsuspectingly, Edi Frauneder's day starts with a participation in Tim Mälzer's podcast "Fiete Gastro", only to be surprised with the black box shortly before the end of the podcast. Not a pleasant surprise for Edi Frauneder, because he wasn't expecting it at all. The dish comes from Marcel Stut from BATU: Baos with pak choi and shitake filling & noodles with Szechuan ragout - will he be able to analyse it well and cook it true to the original despite jet lag?

Edi Frauneder in Hamburg: The second box for Edi Frauneder. The task, a stuffed guinea fowl, is a masterly craft and a real culinary challenge. Tim Mälzer sends him to Pinneberg to visit his long-time friend Marc Ostermann from the restaurant Rolin, where Tim Mälzer worked after school at the age of 14 and where he first came into contact with cooking. Will Edi Frauneder be able to win over Tim Mälzer's friends with his culinary skills?

Tim Mälzer in Hamburg: When it comes to Hamburg's specialities, one very special product is a must: the cinnamony, buttery Franzbrötchen. Edi Frauneder of course knows that Tim Mälzer is a huge fan of the pastry and has even brought out his own Franzbrötchen cream. After narrowly missing out on victory in their last "Kitchen Impossible" duel, Edi Frauneder now knows no mercy: at Café Luise, he wants to drive Tim Mälzer to despair with this task. These are the best French rolls in town and, as a trained confectioner, Edi Frauneder knows all about the difficulties. What's more, Tim Mälzer has to start very early - will that put him in a good mood?

Tim Mälzer in Hamburg: The Hamburg edition sees the next culinary low blow. While Tim Mälzer strolls through his neighbourhood, he is promptly served the box. The contents: one of Tim Mälzer's favourite dishes - crab pasta from the "XO Seafoodbar". The original chef is none other than Fabio Haebel, St Pauli's first Michelin-starred chef and a good friend of Tim Mälzer. In his "culinary living room", Tim Mälzer has to face one of the toughest challenges and cook one of his own favourite dishes. Under the motto: cooking with "friends", he takes on this monster task.
