Restaurant Gut Lärchenhof, Pulheim

"For me, the menu had its weaknesses in the "sea" area (course 2&3) and its strengths "on land" and in the desserts. Overall, I can understand the Michelin Guide's decision not to upgrade it to two stars (yet). However, there were certain weaknesses in the lobster and the red mullet, which I don't usually see in two stars. But Torben Schuster clearly showed that he has what it takes to win a second star with the rest of the menu." (Published in May 2024)
