Unplugged - star cuisine without electricity

5 - 8 June: Cœur D'Artichaut at the Vincke farm: open fire, barbecue, torches and candlelight.

Last summer, Frédéric Morel and his team realised the unplugged idea at the Vincke farm in Everswinkel, where free-range Ibérico pigs are kept.
At the menu event at the 2-star Cœur D'Artichaut restaurant on the beautiful farm, a 6-course menu is prepared in the outdoor kitchen in an archaic way using only fire and served by torchlight and candlelight.
Places for the unplugged event are strictly limited, there are currently only places available on Wednesday 5 June!
(There is a waiting list for the other days. You will be informed if you can move up to a vacant place)
