Cookery course at Ox&Klee
Cooking with expensive and exclusive top-quality products needs to be learnt. Daniel Gottschlich will show you how to work with rare Wagyu beef from Australia, rare black caviar and langoustines the length of your forearm, and will provide you with interesting recipes. Together you will transform individual ingredients into fine dishes at 2-star level. You can also look forward to an exquisite selection of the finest champagnes and white wines from top vineyards in Germany, France (Burgundy) and Italy. Towards the evening, the prepared highlights will be enjoyed together at the chef's table with a view of the kitchen and the Rheinau harbour.
