Sarah Leuwer führt den Service des Sternerestaurants in der Bülow Residenz

Die neue Restaurantleiterin im Caroussel, Sarah Leuwer.

DRESDEN. Sarah Leuwer ist die neue Restaurantleiterin im Gourmetrestaurant Caroussel. Wie das Bülow Palais mitteilt, hat die 28-jährige die Position im August übernommen. Damit ist sie die Nachfolgerin von Antje Kirsch, die im Sommer als Gastgeberin in die Villa Sorgenfrei, dem neuen Hotelprojekt von Sternekoch Stefan Hermann gewechselt ist.

Sarah Leuwer hat ihre Ausbildung zur Restaurantfachfrau in der Bülow Residenz absolviert. Danach war sie einige Jahre im Kempinski Taschenbergpalais tätig, bis Sie 2014 in das Bülow Palais zurückkehrte und die Leitung für Bülow’s Bistro übernahm.

Im März 2015 wurde sie bei der Dresdner Gastro-Aktion „Kochsternstunde“ bei einem Gästevoting zum „Besten Service 2015“ gewählt.
