Caroussel in the Bülow Palais in Dresden was awarded a Michelin star and 17 points in Gault&Millau back in 2006 and has been one of the top culinary addresses in Dresden for years. In 2021, the new Caroussel Nouvelle concept was created by merging the former bistro and the gourmet restaurant Caroussel. Guests can now enjoy casual fine dining in the evening in the lovingly designed premises. The restaurant has 45 seats and is decorated in a warm and friendly style with delicate golden notes. Comfortable chairs and light-colored wood create a weightless interplay of lightness and elegance. The specialty of the house is the Meissen porcelain. All dishes in the restaurant are served exclusively on the famous and exclusive porcelain. For three centuries, this has been the tableware used by princes, kings and state guests. The Caroussel Nouvelle is one of the first restaurants in the world to rely completely and exclusively on the 'white gold from Saxony'.
