Nelson Müller zeigt mit seinem neuen Kochbuch, wie aus seiner Sicht eine gute Ernährung aussehen sollte: Mit wenig Fleisch, viel Gemüse und trotzdem ausreichend Eiweiß. Seine Rezepte sind kreativ und vielseitig und bringen Abwechslung in die Küche. In den Details hat man jedoch bei einigen Rezepten Fragezeichen.
