Conclusion: Gute klassische Küche in denen Das Produkt im Vordergrund steht. Die etwas kreativere Seite scheint mir Herr Klose beim Menu auszuleben. Wenigsten hatte ich den Eindruck bei einem Nachbartisch. Für Schweizer Verhältnisse ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen. Beim Wein bezahlt man wohl auch noch einen Anteil an die Ausstellungsstücke im grossartigen Keller, ist aber im normalen Schweizer Rahmen. Insgesamt mit Aperitif und Wasser wurden mir ca.
