Eleven new Michelin-Stars in Belgium and Luxembourg

Product-oriented cuisine is more popular than ever

- There are eleven new restaurants with one star in this years "Guide-Michelin" 

- In total the 59th issue for Belgium and Luxembourg there are 1.075 restaurants 

- The director of Michelin, Michael Ellis say that the chefs are innovative and inspired by the idea of combining traditional cuisine with exotic flavors. At the same time they take the costs into account.

- De Karmeliet in Bruges, Hof van Cleve in Kruishoutem and Hertog Jan in Zedelgem can keep their 3-stars-rating, so do all the 2-stars-restaurants

- Furthermore the Guide lists 159 "Bib Gourmand-restaurants" of which 34 are newly honored with the award
