"I always realised that we were pretty unique and exceptional with CODA and our vision right from the start," says operator René Frank. "With our dining experience, we go beyond the boundaries of a conventional menu concept. We don't fit into any restaurant pigeonhole with our non-conformist cuisine, which is largely inspired by desserts and patisserie."
