Juan Amador remains the number 1 in Austria

The restaurant Amador in Vienna confirms its lead in the Austrian rankings. At the turn of the year 2022/2023, Vienna's Steirereck still held the top position, but Juan Amador had already taken over the top spot in the September update of the ranking. The difference between the two restaurants is very close at one ranking point. Third place is confirmed by Obauer in Werfen. The update of the Austrian rankings primarily includes the new ratings from the A la Carte, Falstaff and Schlemmer Atlas guides.

The leading trio is followed by three restaurants that are tied for fourth place. These are the Döllerer in Golling, the Ikarus in Salzburg and the Stüva in Ischgl. A further three restaurants tied for seventh place. These are the Gourmet Restaurant Hubert Wallner in Maria Wörth, the Landhaus Bacher in Mautern an der Donau and the Gourmet Restaurant Silvio Nickol in Vienna. In tenth place, Konstantin Filippou completes the top 10 with his Viennese restaurant.

The best newcomer to the Austrian rankings with this update is the Zur goldenen Birn restaurant in Graz, which immediately achieved 67 ranking points and thus 52nd place. Compared to the last update of the ranking in December 2023, the Jola in Vienna has climbed 45 points from 618th to 113th place.
