Life is too short to eat badly.

Christian Rubert's father had a bakery and was quite strict. Whenever he wanted to punish his son he woke him up at 1 a.m. and had him make croissants.

In the next couple of years to turn the restaurant into one of the leading places for gourmet eating in the region
