Conclusion: Das Essen hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt wenige Restaurants, die sich gekonnt einer bürgerlichen, deutschen Küche widmen, so schwierig die Definition, was denn eine typisch deutsche Küche ausmacht, auch sein mag. Tim Raue und Christopher Wecker gelingt das meines Erachtens sehr gut. Hier sind genug Tradition erkennbar und auch typische Zutaten, aber immer mit einem gewissen modernen Kniff. Schärfe, wie man sie bei Raue erwarten würde, spielt hier erfreulicherweise kaum eine Rolle. Read more...
