Conclusion: Neuerdings gibt es im Kanton Aargau zwischen Zürich und Basel Mit Michelin Macarons ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Ein junges Küchenteam mit Erfahrung aus diversen Fine Dining Destinationen kocht hier mutig und greift durchaus auf nicht regionale Zutaten wie Carabinero oder Rochen zurück. Ich hatte ein 5-gängiges Abendessen mit eben diesen Zutaten plus Bonitocreme/BBQ-Aal, einen vegetarischen Gang mit Kräutersaitling und ein Cassis/Haselnuss-Dessert.
