Restaurant critics
Positive: Andreas Mayer wagt mit seiner Aromen-Küche etwas neues. Zu jedem Gang dieses Menüs wird ein selbst hergestelltes Parfum kredenzt. Die olfaktorische Unterstützung der Geschmacksnerven ist enorm spannend und kurzweilig.
Negative: Manche Düfte gelingen nicht, da sie kaum Substanz im Parfum haben. Der Alkohol im Parfum überdeckt dann den Geruch sehr schnell.
Conclusion: Für Einsteiger eine tolle Idee, um sich in die Welt der Hochküche einzuarbeiten, aber auch der erfahrene Gourmet kann hier Entdeckungen machen.
