The Forellenhof is situated in a truly fantastic location in the middle of the Buhlbach nature reserve in the Black Forest, within walking distance of the Hotel Bareiss. Here, hospitality and fish farming have a long tradition and a quality of their own. After extensive renovation work, the “Fischerstüble” of yesteryear has become a stately Black Forest house. In the cozy dining rooms - the Forellenstube and the Buhlbachstube - as well as on the spacious sun terrace, the Forellenhof team offers fresh trout specialties and a hearty snack menu. In the Forellenlädle you can buy trout fresh from the smokehouse as well as other delicacies to take away.
