Conclusion: Warum das A.T. Bei der diesjährigen Sternevergabe übergangen wurde, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich würde das Menü durchaus auf gutem Sterneniveau sehen, einige Gerichte hatten für mich sogar Zwei-Sterneniveau. Im AT sind die Aromen klar gehalten. Alles wirkt stimmig, eher skandinavisch inspiriert. Dadurch fehlt vielleicht etwas Vielschichtigkeit. Auch war in diesem Menü relativ oft mit Grill- und Raucharoma eingesetzt worden. Auf jeden Fall ist es eigentändig und interessant – gerade für den günstigen Preis des Mittagsangebots.
