New head chef at the Parkhotel Bremen

Bremen

Frank Seyfried is now responsible for the gastronomic offer of the luxury hotel

BREMEN: Frank Seyfried is the new head chef at the Parkhotel Bremen. The Chef de Cuisine is known for his innovative and straightforward dishes. From now on, he will take the gastronomic offering of the popular luxury hotel in Bremen's Bürgerpark to a new level.

Frank Seyfried brings a wealth of experience with him, having worked in renowned gourmet restaurants in Germany and Italy. From October 2019 until his move to the Hommage Hotel in the Hanseatic city, he worked as Chef de Cuisine at the "Hotel Fährhaus" in Koblenz. His commitment and gastronomic excellence paid off: under his leadership, the "Gotthardt's" restaurant there was awarded a Michelin star in March 2022 and his gastronomic passion was rewarded. "My ambition is unchecked to continue cooking at a very high level," says the new head chef at Parkhotel Bremen.

After training as a chef at the Badhotel Stauferland, his career has been characterised by positions in prestigious restaurants, most of which have been awarded stars: sous chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Massimiliano" in Munich, followed by a stopover at the Italian restaurant "Gualtiero Marchesi", which has been awarded two Michelin stars, and then on to "Weber's Gourmet im Turm" in Stuttgart. This was followed by a particularly formative year at Schloss Berg - also with two Michelin stars at the time - with Christian Bau. Further stops, such as "Schubeck's Orlando" and the "Restaurant Fidelio" at Schloss Elmau, took Seyfried to Andernach to the "Ai Pero" restaurant, where the Swabian-born chef cooked up his first Michelin star.

Now, together with his highly motivated team of 18, he will take over the hotel catering at the Parkhotel Bremen. He will pay particular attention to the "Parkrestaurant" and spoil the guests there, mostly with seasonal and regional influences. "We are delighted that we have been able to recruit such an experienced star chef as head chef for our hotel in the Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection," says General Manager Steffen Eisermann, welcoming his new Chef de Cuisine. Eisermann also has experience of Michelin-starred restaurants from his previous work at the Falkenstein Grand and Villa Rothschild. Remains the B
