Restaurant review

Tulus Lotrek, Berlin

Berlin, Forum

"At Tulus Lotrek, you can spend extremely pleasant, cheerful and exciting culinary hours. Max Strohe is authentic, a little crazy, but obviously with a precise plan."

Restaurant Tulus Lotrek, Berlin

"Max Strohe's menu is certainly on a star level. The potential for more is definitely recognisable (e.g. in the quenelles and sweetbreads course). With the exception of the "asparagus soup", his dishes are strongly flavoured, but clearly go over the top with the crustacean hollandaise with the carabinero. You can spend extremely pleasant, cheerful and culinary exciting hours at "Tulus Lotrek". Max Strohe is authentic, a little crazy, but obviously with a precise plan. We'll see what happens next with this likeable "dive"." (Published in May 2024)
