"In conclusion, the evening was an absolute highlight in every respect. Mr Wissler's cuisine has developed fundamentally, especially after the loss of the third star. I am not in a position to judge the extent to which this evening is representative of the past few months. I have already mentioned my assessment from 18 months ago. Judging this evening alone, I can only summarise as follows: Joachim Wissler is back and has possibly never been better, thanks to the clarity and reduction of the individual courses."
