Tabea Fächner has moved to the Cologne restaurant

KÖLN. The Michelin-starred restaurant astrein has a new restaurant manager: Tabea Fächner ensures that guests at Eric Werner's restaurant are perfectly catered for with good humour and expertise. Born in Lippstadt, she trained as a restaurant specialist at the Romantik Landhotel Knippschild in the Sauerland, before working at the Söl'ring Hof on Sylt and then for Nils Henkel at the Burg Schwarzenstein restaurant in the Rheingau. Tabea Fächner then returned to Söl'ring Hof as deputy restaurant manager under Bärbel Ring. Tabea Fächner has been Restaurant Manager at astrein in Cologne since January 2024:

"For me, it is a matter close to my heart to offer our guests at astrein excellent service and to spoil them with maximum hospitality."
