Restaurant critics
Positive: Der Service ist stets zur Stelle und agiert in perfekter Manier ohne steif und aufgesetzt zu wirken. Die Souveränität der Sommeliere Marcella Schaefer ist von einer herzlichen Offenheit und sie hat uns mitgenommen auf eine interessante Weinreise.
Negative: Zwischen Champagner als Aperitif und dem servieren eines Amuse Bouche dauerte es fast 30 Min. und dann weiter 10 Min. bis Brot auf dem Tisch stand.
Conclusion: Chefkoch Michael Kammermeier und seine Küchenbrigade entführte uns in ein kulinarisches Erlebnis von feiner geradliniger Küche mit französischem Einschlag. Read more...
