Nuremberg: Waidwerk

"For the fifth time in a row, the team led by Valentin Rottner,  Andreas Kröckel, Steffi Kneißl & Thomas Wachter has been awarded the Michelin star for their culinary achievements at Restaurant Waidwerk. As a family and colleagues, we are very proud of this award and, of course, above all of the outstanding performance at the cooker, in service and with the wine. Congratulations also to all Nuremberg colleagues on receiving the stars. Special congratulations to Restaurant Wonka & Kochwerkstatt Winzerhof Stahl on its first star."
