Denmark: Noma returns to the top
The 2023 Denmark Restaurant Ranking is now led by Noma. It overtakes last year's leader, Geranium, which is now in second place. This was the result of the evaluation of the restaurant guides for the country by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de. The Alchemist confirmed third place.
New to the top 10 is Copenhagen's Kadeau, rising from eleventh to fourth place. In addition, the Lyst in Vejle achieved a place in the top 10 for the first time. It improves from twelfth to tenth place.
The best newcomer to the rankings is Domæne in Herning, which came in 14th straight away. Newcomer of the year is Mota in Nykøbing Sjælland, which stretches from 59. improved to 15th place.
The 2023 ranking includes 76 restaurants. For the evaluation, the grades of the Guide Michelin Nordic Countries, the 360 EatGuide, the White Guide, as well as from the international rankings of EliteTraveller, the Best Chef Awards and LaListe, where the three best ratings are taken into account.
