Winemakers as guests at the wine centre

On 13 May, young winemaker Luisa from the Thomas Niedermayr organic winery - located on the gentle hills of the Überetsch in South Tyrol - will be making her debut. The focus is on PIWI vines, which are cultivated at an altitude of 500 to 530 metres. Their microclimate is influenced on the one hand by the ice holes and on the other by the Gandberg itself. On this evening, we taste exciting wines that are incredibly fresh and lively.
