Special aspects
The legendary restaurant La Pyramide was founded in 1923 by the equally legendary Fernand Point. Point passed away in 1955, and his family ran the restaurant until 1986. In 1987, it was sold and renovated, and the young chef Patrick Henriroux was recruited from Georges Blanc to reopen La Pyramide in 1989.
