Special aspectsAt the beginning of the 1970s his parents, Vinzens and Maria, had the inn "Pension Elisabeth" down in the village. They thought how nice it would be if their only child would become a chef. Then they would build a hotel, a newer one and better and their son would cook there. He saw it somewhat dispassionately: "I really wasn't all that keen on the idea".
