After his apprenticeship Ernst-August Gehrke immediately returned to his parents' business for economic reasons. So it is of special interest to note that he is virtually an autodidact in the realms of ability and creativity. Thanks to continuous correspondence with his brother, Andreas, he has been able to learn to gourmet cook at the highest international level.
