A contemporary and authentic cuisine, with regional and international ingredients, will be cooked with technnical passion and appreciation for good products.

Who likes to eat well, don't have to dress up completely, because the trend is going to fine dining in a releaxed ambience. The „ZweiSinn Meiers | Bistro | Fine Dining“ pick up this trend and feature a, in the metropolitan area Nuremberg unique, gastronomical concept.

In the bistro you can take a Business Lunch at noon and a light modern cuisine in the evening. With Franconian Tapas and a nice glass of wine, the guest can fade out his after-work hours. The culinary offer is changing continous and is regionally and seasonally oriented.

The fine dining area is only opened in the evening and give the gourmet with a pretentious and affordable cuisine made from high-quality and non-standard products a treat. The service is professional, friendly and attentive.

With his own restaurant, for Stefan Meier a dream come true: „I see it as my job, to be the creative head and the motivating force in the kitchen, but also to hold together the team. I want to act out my passion for good food and want to pimp the fresh, seasonally products, that our guests always have an extraordinary tasting experience in a releaxed atmosphere.“ After the apprenticeship at the „Herzogpark“, Stefan Meier have had the chance to run through different stations like the „Louis C. Jacob“ in Hamburg, „Juan Amador“ in Langen and last but not least the „Lamm“ in Rosswang. There he learned different approach and kitchen styles, and found his unique own style.

A particular importance is placed on the selection of wines. The claim of sommelier Stephan Voigt is, to escort an individual tasting experience with the proper styled national and international wines.

The well-respected german restaurant guide „DER FEINSCHMECKER“, has given 3 from 5 points, only 3 months after the opening of the ZweiSinn. This high rating, raises hopes, that Stefan Meier and his team, will increase up the restaurant ranking list 2017 , after the famous guides have given their votes in autumn 2016.
