The Mediterranean loft atmosphere of Schmidt's underlines the seasonally inspired and weekly changing menu. Great importance is attached to selecting the freshest and best produce, preferably from the region. The team led by restaurant manager Diana Seidel has therefore been an active supporter of the Slow Food movement for many years. Situated on the grounds of the Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau building ensemble, the beautiful terrace in the inner courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy - weather permitting. The location is a “must” for anyone interested in architecture and design!
