Conclusion: Nachdem der Küchenchef nach dem Erhalt des Sterns im Vorjahr das Restaurant verlassen hat, gab es nach einer längeren Pause und einem neuen Küchenchef den Versuch, dass Sternelevel zu halten. Meiner Meinung ist dies gelungen, denn die Qualität der Produkte war gut, die Zubereitung gab keinen Anlass zu Kritik. Es war ein netter Abend bei gutem Essen.
