Riccitelli Bistró follows the innovative and creative vein of the winery adding an experience that involves all the senses. Built in containers, with a sustainable architecture, into the wonderful environment of old vineyards. From the chef Juan Ventureyra‘s hand, we express through his dishes the cuisine of Mendoza using products from our own garden, harvested manually as well as endemic herbs and vegetables. Juan has a long history in renowned French restaurants with Michelin stars and several restaurants. Together we want to share a unique Bistro where we exalt the personality of our wines accompanied by the fresh flavors of local cuisine.
