Conclusion: Und dennoch ziehen wir am Ende des Menüs das positive Fazit, dass wir richtig gut auf Sterneniveau gegessen hat, müssen uns aber auch eingestehen, dass wir zwar einen soliden, aber eher weniger spannenden Abend im Restaurant Philipp Soldan verbracht haben.
