Bonus points: price/performance

Positive: Essen sehr gut, Weinbegleitung gut abgestimmt, Service (bis auf eine Ausnahme, siehe unten) sehr gut. Interessante Komposition zum Abschluss des Menüs, Petit fours hervorragend! Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Negative: Eine Servicekraft wirkte recht zickig bei unentschlossenen Gästen, das passt einfach nicht in solch ein Geschäft. Vielleicht die falsche Jahreszeit (Besuch am 03.01.2015). Ebenso wenig ein quengelndes Baby, das vor unseren Augen gestillt wurde. Aber was soll der Service da machen....

Conclusion: Sehr gutes Restaurant, aber es gibt andere, in denen man als Gast mehr verwöhnt wird.

Positive: Tillmann Hahn ist gerade bei seinen asiatischen Ausflügen am spannensten.

Conclusion: Das beste Restaurant im Nordosten.

Positive: Ein überragendes Feuerwerk an Aromen und einflüssen, das Tillmann Hahn und sein Team in dieser Wuderschönen Atmosphäre abfeuern. Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Abend, der von dem Perfekten Zusammenspiel der Servicecrew um Tim Blaszyck und der durchgängig starken Küchenleistung noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Negative: Die Bestuhlung errinnert ein bißchen an Wintergarten(auf dauer ein bißchen unbequem), ansonsten hohe Tischkultur.

Conclusion: Sehr ausgeprägte Weinkarte(vielleicht die beste in Mecklenburg). Beeindruckende Auswahl an Speisen durch die Variantenreiche "Collage Culinaire"

Positive: Traumhafte Speisen und Weine.zuvorkommender, persönlicher und professioneller Service der diese wahren Genußerlebnisse von Chef Tillmann Hahn und seinem Küchenchef Alexander Dehn zu Tisch servieren durften.Ein traumhafter Abend

Negative: Was das konzept vom butt um einiges verbessern würde,wäre eine neue bestuhlung, da diese besser in eine strandbar passen würde...

Conclusion: Immer zu empfehlen
