Restaurant critics
Conclusion: Da wir unseren Zug erreichen müssen, reicht es nur noch für einen Espresso, jedoch nicht mehr für den ansonsten obligatorischen süßen Abschluss. Dennoch haben wir einen schönen Abend verbracht, der uns eine abwechslungsreiche, kreative Küche präsentierte, die stark in der Region verwurzelt ist, aber ohne Scheuklappen auch Elemente von weiter her aufnimmt. Handwerklich ist das sehr sauber gekocht und auf einem durchgehend hohen Niveau. Wenn man bedenkt, dass Enrico Dunkel das weitestgehend alleine stemmt, ist die Leistung wirklich bemerkenswert.
