Conclusion: Insgesamt fand ich also von den 9 "Momenten" (hier als Synonym für "Gänge" verwendet) zwei als nicht so super, dafür gab es aber mit dem Stör, dem Seehecht und den Beeren drei absolute Highlights. Der Rest war mal mehr oder weniger gut, aber zumindest immer sehr schmackhaft. Zusammenfassend würde ich mich wohl dem Urteil des Guide Michelins hinsichtlich des einen Sterns anschließen. Bei 88 € für 9-Gang-Menü ist das meiner Ansicht nach aber auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert. Read more...
