After opening in 2012, ‘Agata's’ quickly conquered the upper ranking of the Düsseldorf gastro scene. It was not only honoured with a Michelin star, but also received numerous other prestigious awards. Within a very short space of time, the restaurant established itself as one of the most prestigious culinary addresses in the state capital. Founder Agata Reul, who has her roots in Pomerania, has created a unique culinary identity. Her Polish heritage plays a subtle but significant role - visually, acoustically and, above all, in terms of flavour. Reul's innovative ‘crossover cuisine’ contains unexpected echoes of her cultural origins, which she incorporates into her dishes in a creative and modern way.
