Conclusion: Die Küche ist ein Cross-Over aus einer lateinamerikanischen und japanischen Küche. Sehr gute Vorspeisen beinhalten Horenso Gomae (Wasserspinat in Sesam-Erdnusssauce) sowie Ika Tempura (frittierter Oktopus mit feiner Mayonnaise und Jalapenos). Lediglich das Celery Dengaku (eine Scheibe Sellerie unter karamellisierten Miso) kommt doch sehr mächtig daher. Qualitativ kann das Ceviche Mexico überzeugen.
