Winemaker Carolin Spanier-Gillot at the Rutz Zollhaus

Carolin Spanier-Gillot brings the great vineyards of the Rheinterrasse to the Rutz Zollhaus. Her biodynamically produced Rieslings and Pinot Noirs tell the story of the Roter Hang and the limestone soils around Oppenheim – with a salty, savoury note, cool depth and unmistakable character. Wines in which the terroir is clearly discernible on the palate.

Look forward to an evening full of character and camaraderie – accompanied by a finely crafted 5-course menu from the Zollhaus kitchen.
