Restaurant review

Lafleur, Frankfurt am Main

Frankfurt, Hessen, Forum

“Andreas Krolik was, is and always will be a chef who creates harmony and plays with flavours.”

Our forum contributor QWERTZ writes: “Andreas Krolik was, is and always will be a chef who creates harmony and plays with flavours. He never singles out a single main ingredient, but always incorporates it into a rather complex interplay of flavours. On previous visits, I found some of the dishes a bit too polished. This time, almost without exception, I find the dishes to be more nuanced and multi-faceted. This is because, here and there amidst all the harmony, small hints of acidity or heat flash across the palate. They simply add more variety to the dishes.” (Published in June 2026)
