Forum member Thomashaj says: “For even though there were a few savoury elements, this was above all a dessert menu in which sweetness took centre stage. That said, all the dishes had that typical ‘Votum’ touch, where unusual ingredients are often combined yet always come together harmoniously. The care and attention that went into each creation was evident throughout. It was great fun, and the interaction with the chefs was not only informative but also entertaining. And the fact that we were able to gain an insight into the current ‘Votum’ menu in this way also made us keen to come back for a full course meal again.” (Published in May 2026)
