Forum member Thomashaj says: “Compared to our previous visits, Maik Neumann’s cuisine seems to me to have become even more refined. Not only have the dishes improved visually, but they also consistently impress with their flawless execution and surprising twists. It all makes for an exceptionally enjoyable experience. We’re giving it a miss today, but even the cheese trolley is now stocked so temptingly – something you don’t often come across in Hanover. Another reason to give it a go on our next visit, even though the portions here are certainly generous. That might push us a little to our limits during the second part of our evening’s programme, but sometimes you just have to push those limits.” (Published in May 2026)
