Weinstock, Volkach

Forum member Claudi_Urt says: “I’ve met quite a few chefs over the years, but to me he’s definitely one of the most likeable. He has an incredibly down-to-earth, open and warm manner. I was particularly impressed by how highly he spoke of his team. I thanked him for making a vegetarian menu possible. He then told me enthusiastically that he particularly enjoys preparing vegetarian dishes. I couldn’t resist saying that I can hardly think of any other profession whose members speak about their work with as much dedication and enthusiasm as chefs. My husband and I were absolutely delighted with both menus. It was our first visit to the Weinstock, but certainly not our last.” (Published in May 2026)
