Tenth edition of the Michelin Guide for the city-state published

The Michelin Guide rates 307 restaurants in Singapore

(22 August 2026) – The Michelin Guide has published its restaurant ratings for Singapore for the tenth time. A total of 307 restaurants are rated in this edition. Three restaurants have been awarded three stars – as in the previous year. Nine restaurants have been awarded two stars. Thirty-three restaurants have been awarded one star. Among these are one restaurant making its debut with two stars, five receiving their first star, and two that have been awarded a higher distinction. The anniversary edition also pays tribute to those restaurants that have featured in the Guide throughout its ten-year history in Singapore. Twelve restaurants have managed to retain at least one star in every edition since the first selection in 2016, according to a statement from the Michelin Guide.

“Reaching the tenth edition of the Michelin Guide Singapore is a significant milestone and a testament to the passion, resilience and creativity of the city’s dining scene. Over the past decade, we have witnessed remarkable development in Singapore, which honours the city’s rich heritage whilst integrating new influences, ideas and talent,” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide. “What makes Singapore so unique is the harmonious coexistence of bustling hawker centres and world-class gourmet restaurants. We are delighted to include more hawker stalls in this year’s selection, whilst also recognising chefs who bring authenticity, a personal touch and unforgettable experiences to fine dining. From historic venues being given a new lease of life and popular restaurants returning with fresh energy, to a new generation of chefs achieving significant milestones – Singapore continues to assert its place as one of Asia’s most exciting gastronomic destinations,” adds Poullennec.
