I sat at the table all evening with a permanent grin on my face, fascinated by the attention to detail, the beautiful presentation and the harmony of flavours that made every course a little experience in itself. I was also thoroughly impressed by Ms Melsheimer. I’ve met many friendly members of staff over the years, but she is something quite special. With her warmth, empathy, great hospitality and subtle sense of humour, she enriched the evening in a unique way.
