Forum member cochon_truffier says: “At least the menu I experienced today is a prime example of how you can maintain three stars through extremely sophisticated techniques and a lot of marketing – without the food making a lasting impression. You eat impeccably, leave after four and a half hours and think: ‘That was… okay.’ For people who see fine dining as a status symbol and Instagram fodder, JAN is probably perfect. Anyone looking for spine-tingling moments, however, will unfortunately find very little of that here.
