Restaurant review
DAS PHILIPPIN, Rutesheim
Forum member Claudia_urt says: “Every plate is presented incredibly beautifully and is imbued with so much love, dedication and passion. The chefs are absolutely passionate about what they do, and as a guest, that’s exactly what you feel. You can see it, you can feel it and you can taste it. After the meal, we had the chance to have a chat with head chef Tim Striegel about this and that. It was particularly lovely for us to be able to tell him in person just how delighted we are for him and his team that they are now recommended by the Michelin Guide. He told us how proud he is of his team, and that this accolade is a great recognition of their work. For us as guests, one thing is certain: with what they’ve achieved there, they simply made us incredibly happy that evening. We left the restaurant absolutely delighted and raved about the evening for a long time on the way back to the hotel. These were moments that went straight to the heart.” (Published in March 2026)
